BSNL brings the cheapest plan and Jio number 1 in Odisha.
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has become the first choice of people today. The change comes after private companies’ recharge plans became more expensive. Private companies have increased their plans from Rs 600 to Rs 800 a few days ago. Now BSNL has launched a plan which is much cheaper than private companies and it offers 3GB data per day for one year. BSNL’s plan has been priced at Rs 2,999. It includes roaming free calling. Apart from this, BSNL’s plan comes with 3GB high speed data per day.
After the end of daily data, the speed will be 40 kbps. In this plan, 100 free SMS are available per day and the validity is 365 days. The 3GB plan starts at Rs 11 and the most expensive plan costs Rs 3,000.
BSNL has recently launched a Rs 666 plan with unlimited calling on all networks. Apart from this, a total validity of 105 days is available. This BSNL plan comes with 2GB data per day. Get 210 GB data. Internet speed will be 40 kbps after data is exhausted.
Jio number 1 in Odisha:
The country’s leading private telecom company ‘Reliance Jio’ has emerged as the most preferred digital service provider in Odisha. Jio has even strengthened its No. 1 position in the state. Notably, as per the latest telecom customer data published by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Reliance Jio has added the highest number of 2.72 lakh new mobile subscribers in Odisha as of the end of June 2024, while the total number of mobile subscribers in the Jio network has crossed 1.57 crore. Similarly, according to the data published by TRAI, by the end of June 2024, the total number of mobile customers of the telecom industry in the state has increased by 2.97 lakh and the total number of mobile customers in Odisha has reached 3.42 crore. Both BSNL and Vodafone-Idea lost thousands of customers during this period, according to TRAI data.
In the wireline segment as well, JIO has further strengthened its No. 1 position in Odisha and emerged as the first and only service provider in the state to cross the milestone of 3 lakh wireline customers, according to data released by TRAI. Advancing digital inclusion in Odisha, Reliance Jio has connected more than 3 lakh homes and premises in the state with high-speed broadband and global home entertainment through its rapidly expanding Jio Fiber and Jio AirFiber services.
At the national level as well, Jio added more than 19 lakh mobile subscribers in the month of June and globally, the total number of mobile subscribers in the Jio network stood at over 47.65 crores by the end of June.
